Pediatric Marathoners: Too Young to Run? explores the issue of what constitutes an appropriate minimal age for individuals to participate in a marathon. The DVD reviews the data available on marathon training and racing and discusses the key medical issues that have been identified in marathon participants who are less than 18 years of age. The DVD also details existing policies from selected marathons concerning athletes less than 18 years of age.
