YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IHRSA IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY ANY FAILURE OF PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DELETION, DEFECT, DELAY IN OPERATION OR TRANSMISSION, COMPUTER VIRUS, COMMUNICATION LINE FAILURE, THEFT OR DESTRUCTION OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO, ALTERATION OF, OR USE OF RECORD, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORTIOUS BEHAVIOR, NEGLIGENCE, OR UNDER ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION. NEITHER IHRSA NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SITE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SITE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. Indemnification

At MFA, we have information about you only if you have ordered a product, requested a catalog, or provided the information to us in some other voluntary manner. This contact information may include your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number. If you have placed an order with us, then we may have your credit card number and the corresponding expiration date, as well. We use this information only to contact you about your order status and to inform you of special offers or other news from IHRSA. We never give, rent, or sell your contact information to anyone else.

Digital Files
All digital files can be downloaded twice, after that the download option will be disabled and the product will have to be repurchased.
There are NO refunds or exchanges on digital files
· This includes digital files that have been purchased more than once
· Files with problems will be replaced, process takes 24-48 business hours
Further any attempt to convert any purchase or download into a printable and/or any other transferable method/file is unauthorized.
